communication (time sensitive information), our quarterly
publication "NorthWind"
provides a venue for more detailed coverage of our district
member's activities locally and in some instances world wide;
thereby allowing for illustrative photos, editorials while providing
a personal insight and approach to our missions and accomplishments.
